Yes. A digital mockup or proof will be provided for approval before custom production begins.
The maximum decoration size depends on the hat structure, panel design, logo position, and decoration method. Normally the width is 12cm, height is 5cm.
Five-panel hats generally offer a clean, uninterrupted front area that works well for detailed logos. Six-panel hats have a center seam, which may affect very small text or complex artwork. We will review your logo and recommend an appropriate size and placement.

- Interior care or woven label
Multiple decoration locations are available. Additional charges may apply for side or back logos.
Yes. Blank hat samples are available so you can review the fit, crown shape, material, color, and quality before ordering for your school or organization.
A decorated pre-production sample may also be available depending on the decoration method, order quantity, and schedule. Sample and shipping charges may apply.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds may also be accepted.
Yes. Blank samples are available so you can evaluate the color, fit, fabric, and overall quality. After signing up, you can redeem a complimentary blank sample. Decorated samples may also be available, depending on the project.
Blank orders typically ship from our U.S. warehouse within 2 business days. Embroidery and printing usually take approximately 10 business days after approval, while custom patches generally take approximately 15 business days.
Yes. We offer quantity-based wholesale pricing, as well as special pricing programs for qualified distributors and ASI members.
Yes. We can add custom care labels, woven labels, hang tags, size labels, and other private-label details.
