How to become distributor
All applicants must provide a verified Resale Certificate. Foremost Hat categorizes partners into three tiers based on procurement scale, operational capabilities, and market influence. Our entry requirements are as follows:
Tier 1: Authorized Dealer
Admission Threshold: Total paid orders must be ≥ $1,000 USD within a consecutive 30-day period prior to application.
Tier 2: Premier Partner
Admission Threshold: Total paid orders must be ≥ $3,000 USD within a consecutive 30-day period prior to application.
Tier 3: Strategic Partner
Admission Threshold: By Invitation Only. This tier requires special approval from our executive management team.
