If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@foremosthat.com. Because we process orders quickly, cancellation or modification eligibility depends on the order type and production status.

Blank Hat Orders

For orders of blank, undecorated products:

• Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment at no additional processing fee.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified, including changes to styles, colors, or quantities.
• Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after shipment to update with the carrier.
• If you wish to exchange or return products after shipment, the request will be subject to our return policy, and the customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom orders include products with embroidery, printing, patches, labels, or other personalized decoration.

Before Sample Approval

If a custom order is canceled after the sample has been produced but before sample approval, due to personal or subjective preferences—such as dissatisfaction with the appearance, embroidery effect, size, color, or other non-defect-related reasons—the following fees will apply:

• Applicable digitizing/setup fees, plus
• A 10% cancellation/processing fee at least $10 based on the order value.

Any additional costs already incurred for samples, special materials, or custom components may also be non-refundable.

After Sample Approval

Once the customer approves the sample, the custom order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.

Sample approval confirms acceptance of the artwork, logo size, placement, colors, decoration method, and overall appearance.

Changing the Decoration Method

If a customer requests a different decoration method before final sample approval, the change is subject to production feasibility.

If the new decoration method costs more than the original method, the customer must pay the price difference before the revised sample or production can proceed.

Changes to artwork, decoration methods, or specifications may also affect the production timeline and estimated delivery date.

Shipping & Tracking Updates

Once an order has shipped, tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear or update in the carrier’s system.

For any cancellation, modification, or shipping questions, please contact support@foremosthat.com as soon as possible.

Please note that the tracking information is sent to the provided email before the courier comes to our warehouse for pickup. After receiving the tracking information, give it a few hours to update. Please contact us at support@foremosthat.com if you do not receive the tracking number within 3-5 business days.

Coupons or promotional codes offer discounts on single items or entire purchases.

Coupons and promotional codes are available through specific product pages, and we run promotions on certain products. At checkout, you can apply a promo code.

Add your item to your cart, go to the checkout page, and enter your coupon or promo code in the discount code box.

Your coupon may have expired. Only one discount applies per person. Some coupons apply only to specific products or exclude specific products. Coupons may have minimum purchase quantities.
