What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the continental United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, United Kingdom, South Korea and Japan.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:
1. Alaska
2. American Samoa
3. Guam
4. Hawaii
5. Marshall Islands
6. Northern Mariana Islands
7. Palau
8. Puerto Rico
9. Rhode Island
10. U.S. Virgin Islands
11. Armed Forces Americas
12. Armed Forces Europe
13. Armed Forces Pacific

How long is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped from China.
The total transit time depends on the selected shipping option and the final destination of the package. Shipping also has two phases: order handling time and shipping. Any order marked "Awaiting Fulfillment" in our system is processed at our warehouse. The working hours are limited to Monday to Friday in the East Eighth District.

 

Order handling time:

Blank hat, 2 business days

Custom logo hat, 15 business days

Delivery time: 

Express (DHL, UPS): 5-7 days

By Air (USPS) : 10-15 days

Pre-orders are estimated to ship 3-4 weeks after your order. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped. 

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery. Due to holidays, there will be some delay on the delivery. If there is a delay, please contact us via email at customer@4mostcaps.com.

 

What kind of logistics do you use?

UPS, FEDEX , Air.

We provide you with two shipping methods, express (UPS, FEDEX) , air delivery.

Express (UPS, FEDEX): 5-7 days

By Air (USPS) : 10-15 days

 

Can the shipping address be changed after payment?

If you need to update your shipping address, please email customer@4mostcaps.com.

The delivery address cannot be changed if the hats have been shipped.

 

Transportation costs

The total shipping cost depends on the quantity of hats you purchase, and the final destination of the package. To receive shipping charges, please follow the steps below:
1.) Edit your entire order in your cart so the final weight can be calculated.
2.) Enter your country, state/province, and zip code.
You will see shipping charges for the hat.
