Accessing the Claim Form
Go to https://resolve.seel.com/.
Enter the email address used at the time of purchase and your policy ID/order ID to log in.
- Filing a Claim
Log in using the email address and policy ID/order ID.
Select the type of claim you want to file:
Delay Compensation
Damage Compensation
Loss Compensation
Required Claim Information
- Damaged Goods
- Provide photos of the outer and inner packaging showing the damage and photos of the damaged goods themselves.
- Lost Goods
- If the logistics tracking indicates the goods are lost, your claim will be processed directly.
- If the tracking shows the goods were delivered, but you did not receive them (porch loss), please provide one of the following forms of proof:
- Police report
- On-site video evidence
- A loss statement from the logistics company
- Written documentation from other qualified personnel
- Delayed Delivery
- No additional claim information is required. Seel will automatically process your claim based on the logistics order number.
