What is the turnaround time for blank hats?

Order handle time is 2 business days.

For UPS/FEDEX, the lead time is 3-7 business days.

For USPS, the lead time is 5-10 business days.

Also, we provide UPS 2nd Days. 

What is the turnaround time for custom hats?

The turnaround time for custom hats can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the quantity ordered, the manufacturer or supplier, and the type of customization (e.g., embroidery, printing, patches, etc.).

Generally speaking:

Standard Orders: For custom embroidery hats, the typical turnaround time is around 10 business days, once the design is finalized and the order is placed.

For custom patch hats, the typical turnaround time is around 20 business days, once the design is finalized and the order is placed.

Rush Orders: If you're in need of a faster turnaround, we offer rush production services for an additional fee, which can reduce the production time to 3-5 business days. It depends on the quantity of the hats you ordered.

Shipping: Don’t forget to account for shipping times, which can add 3-7 business days (or more) depending on the shipping method and your location. For UPS/FEDEX, 3-7 business days.

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. Custom items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing error. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information associated with the shipment.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition as received to qualify for a return.
2. Returns will only be accepted with a valid order number.
3. Refunds must be linked to an associated order number.
4. Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. Please ensure all blank product shipments are checked for accuracy and condition before decorating the items.

If you do not receive the goods or have concerns about the product, you must submit a request within 7 days of shipment. Returns will not be accepted for orders more than 7 days after delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for the following cases:

1. Non-product quality issues, such as color discrepancies due to screen displays.
2. Decorated, washed, or worn items.
3. Items returned without original packaging, tags, or stickers. For quality inspection, you may open one cap.
4. Sale items and final sale items.
5. Sample orders (any order of fewer than 5 pieces).
6. Orders not delivered due to third-party service issues, such as wrong address, unless the Guaranteed Delivery Service was purchased.

Return Fees

1. Consumer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changing the product or color or subjective preferences), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees, which vary depending on the courier.
2. Company Responsibility: If the return is due to damage caused by us, the consumer will not bear the shipping fees.
