If the hat is damaged due to logistics reasons, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.

And must meet the following conditions:
1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as the item.
2. Any returns without a valid order number will not be accepted.
3. Refunds must have an associated order number.
4. All shortage or damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.

If you do not receive the goods or have questions about the product, you must submit a request within 20 days after shipment.

Refunds are not accepted for the following issues:

1. For non-product quality reasons, we do not accept returns. Due to the difference in screen display, returns and exchanges caused by color problems are not accepted.
2.No refunds for worn hats. 

 

Return Process

1. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email customer@4mostcaps.com. Write "Claim" and the order number in the subject line, briefly describe the defect, and provide a picture of the hats.

2. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3. Please only send the item back to the manufacturer once the necessary steps have been completed.

4. We will process your refund request within 2-3 working days and contact you via email at customer@4mostcaps.com.

5. After your refund is approved, please send the goods to the following address: #11 GuoQiang Road, QinZao Street, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China, 226011

6. If the return is caused by the consumer (such as change product and the color), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

How do I cancel or edit an order?

If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us at customer@4mostcaps.com. We process and ship orders reasonably quickly. 

Before the products are shipped, you can cancel or edit the order; after the products are shipped, you cannot cancel or edit the order (including change the product, color, etc.). There is no processing fee for canceling an order before it ships.

 

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email. You will also be notified of the approval or denial of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card or original payment within a certain number of days. Usually, within 7 days, you will receive your refund. If not, please contact us or your bank to check.
