If the hat is damaged due to logistics reasons, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.
And must meet the following conditions:
1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as the item.
2. Any returns without a valid order number will not be accepted.
3. Refunds must have an associated order number.
4. All shortage or damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.
If you do not receive the goods or have questions about the product, you must submit a request within 20 days after shipment.
Refunds are not accepted for the following issues:
1. For non-product quality reasons, we do not accept returns. Due to the difference in screen display, returns and exchanges caused by color problems are not accepted.
2.No refunds for worn hats.
We provide a variety of logistics services, including express (UPS, FEDEX)(5-7days), BY AIR & USPS (10-15days). (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
We use recycled packaging bags and recyclable cardboard boxes to promote sustainable development.
