2.Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the continental United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Austria, New Zealand, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, United Kingdom, South Korea and Japan. If you are in another country, please email us at support@foremostcaps.com.

We offer tiered pricing, meaning that the price per hat decreases as the quantity increases. For distributor, you can contact us via support@foremostcaps.com.
4.Can I get samples before placing a large order?
Yes,We offer sample orders for a small fee. It’s highly recommended to order a sample before committing to a large order, especially for custom hats, to ensure that the product meets your expectations in terms of quality, fit, and design.

12.Where is Foremost Hat located?
We located in China, and we have warehouse in Carlifornia.
13.What payment methods do you support?
We accept PayPal, Credit cards, and Klarna for trade assurance orders, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB.
14.Can I pay in installments?
Installment payments are generally only accepted sometimes. If you want to purchase more than 480 pieces, please contact support@foremostcaps.com for a more favorable service.
15.How do I know the order has been placed?
You will receive an email with order details. You will also get a unique order number (example: 122272) and a list of items ordered.
16.What should I do if I do not receive an order confirmation?
We've always encouraged our customers to check their spam folders, but sometimes emails end up there. If you still don't see it, feel free to contact customer service at support@foremostcaps.com ; they will assist you further.
17.How do I cancel or edit an order?
If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us at support@foremostcaps.com. We process and ship orders reasonably quickly.
Before the products are shipped, you can cancel the order; after the products are shipped, you cannot cancel or edit the order (including change product and color). There is no processing fee for canceling an order before it ships. If you want to change the product after shipping, you should return the products and bear all shipping costs.
18.How to track orders?
Please note that the tracking information is sent to the provided email before the courier comes to our warehouse for pickup. After receiving the tracking information, give it a few hours to update. Please contact us at support@foremostcaps.com if you do not receive the tracking number within 3-5 business days.

What is a coupon code?
Coupons or promotional codes offer discounts on single items or entire purchases.
How do I get coupons or promotional codes?
Coupons and promotional codes are available through specific product pages, and we run promotions on certain products. At checkout, you can apply a promo code.
How to use promo code?
Add your item to your cart, go to the checkout page, and enter your coupon or promo code in the discount code box.
Why isn't my coupon code/promotional code working?
Your coupon may have expired.
Only one discount applies per person.
Some coupons apply only to specific products or exclude specific products.
Coupons may have minimum purchase quantities.
