Online is the easiest, fastest, and most reliable way to place an order. Add the items you want to the cart and click Checkout. Follow the simple steps until you place your order and pay with a credit card. Also, the first order must be sent to the billing address, with no exceptions, for security verification.
You can also email your order and have the CSR place the order with you over the phone. Please have the item, model, and credit or debit card ready when emailing.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept Paypal and Credit cards for trade assurance orders, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB.
The product price includes shipping, so you don't need to pay extra for shipping.
Can I pay in installments?
Installment payments are generally only accepted sometimes. If you want to purchase more than 480 pieces, please contact email@example.com for a more favorable service.
How do I know the order has been placed?
You will receive an email with order details. You will also get a unique order number (example: 122272) and a list of items ordered.
What should I do if I do not receive an order confirmation?
We've always encouraged our customers to check their spam folders, but sometimes emails end up there. If you still don't see it, feel free to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org ; they will assist you further.
How do I cancel or edit an order?
If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us at email@example.com. We process and ship orders reasonably quickly.
Before the products are shipped, you can cancel the order; after the products are shipped, you cannot cancel or edit the order (including change product and color). There is no processing fee for canceling an order before it ships. If you want to change the product after shipping, you should return the products and bear all shipping costs.
How to track orders?
Please note that the tracking information is sent to the provided email before the courier comes to our warehouse for pickup. After receiving the tracking information, give it a few hours to update. How do I get coupons or promotional codes?
Coupons and promotional codes are available through specific product pages, and we run promotions on certain products. At checkout, you can apply a promo code.
How to use promo code?
Add your item to your cart, go to the checkout page, and enter your coupon or promo code in the discount code box.
Why isn't my coupon code/promotional code working? Your coupon may have expired. Only one discount applies per person. Some coupons apply only to specific products or exclude specific products. Coupons may have minimum purchase quantities.
