• Embroidery: Best suited for logos with simple shapes or text. It adds texture and durability but works best on thicker fabrics. Avoid overly intricate designs that may not translate well.

Choose the Right Location

(1) Caps

• Front of the Cap: Customization should start no less than 1.8 cm from the visor. The maximum customizable area is 11 cm wide × 5 cm high. (Note: Embroidery is not recommended for ultra-thin fabrics, such as nylon.)

• Side of the Cap: Customization should start no less than 2 cm from the back strap. The maximum customizable area is 7.5 cm wide × 3 cm high.

• Back of the Cap: Customization should start no less than 1 cm from the top of the back strap. The maximum customizable area is 7.5 cm wide × 3 cm high.

(2) Bucket Hats (without lining or with a fixed lining)

• Crown: Customization should start no less than 1.8 cm from the edge. The maximum customizable area is 11 cm wide × 5 cm high.

(3) Beanies (without lining or single-layer design)

• Cuff: No size restrictions for customization.

Tips for Best Results

Design for Simplicity

• Keep It Simple: Due to the relatively small size of hat areas, logos with excessive detail may not translate well. Opt for bold, simple designs that remain recognizable even at a small scale.

• Readable Fonts: If your logo includes text, choose a font that’s legible and clear. Avoid intricate or overly thin fonts, as they may not embroider well.

Ensure High-Quality Artwork

• Vector Files: When submitting artwork for embroidery or printing, use vector files (such as .AI or .EPS). These files can scale without losing quality, ensuring a crisp, professional finish.

• Clear Image Resolution: For printed designs, ensure your logo is high-resolution (at least 300 DPI) to prevent pixelation.

For Embroidery:

1. The height of the embroidery pattern should not exceed 8 cm.
2. The thickness of the embroidery letters should be no less than 0.4 cm. Any thinner may cause the text to blur and affect its appearance.
3. The embroidery position on the front panel should be at least 1.8 cm above the visor.
4. Embroidery should not exceed 5 colors, as using more may result in undesirable contrast.
